Modern Slavery Policy

Our Approach to Modern Slavery and Human Rights

At Quvara Medical we are committed to conducting ethical business in all our interactions with employees, customers, and suppliers. Our culture and core values promote integrity and respect which start from our day-to-day interactions internally and extend to our business relationships (including costumers and supply chains). Although we are not obligated under the 2015 Modern Slavery Act to publish a “slavery and human trafficking statement” each financial year, we recognise the importance of this matter and endeavour to take steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within the business nor our supply chains.

As a business, we have taken the first step to address modern slavery and human rights across our operations by introducing a modern slavery screening form for all new joiners in 2018. This form enables us to ensure that we do not have any employees that are working or living in accommodation against their will for example. The modern slavery screening form also shares information on how and where to report concerns of modern slavery.
